Judith's Garden Bed and Breakfast: Rates and Policies

*Rates and Payment Options*
•	Our room rates are $100 per night (plus 9% tax) for a stay of three nights or more, $110 per night (plus 9% tax) for a stay of two nights, and $120 per night (plus 9% tax) for stay of one night. All room rates during the fall foliage season are $20 per night higher. These rates assume two people in the room, and include a full breakfast

•	We charge an additional $25 for a third person in the room.
•	Payment can be made by personal check, travelers check or cash only.
•	We ask for a deposit of 50% per night of the room price to hold your reservation. This is refundable if we are able to re-book the room.
•	Dinners will be billed at $30 per person, plus 9% tax, payable when you check out.
•	We are unable to accommodate children younger than eight years old. We also are unable to accommodate any visiting pets.

Arrival and Departure Times
Check in time is after 4:00 o'clock. Sometimes we can accommodate an early arrival, but only by prior arrangement and after payment of a nonrefundable early check-in fee.

Coming to Judith's Garden By Train
Amtrak operates a train between Penn Station in New York City and Rutland Vermont. (Judith's Garden is about a thirty minute drive from Rutand.) There are several car rental companies in Rutland that will meet the train. If you are interested, contact us for more information.

Landscape Design Workshops
Sign up for an individual landscape design workshop with Judith and get new ideas for developing your own garden. Judith is an experienced landscape designer with her own design business, Outdoor Spaces. She also teaches design workshops for individuals and small groups. Each year she helps many homeowners create beauty around their homes.

Judith’s workshops are both fun and instructive. Bring along sketches, measurements and photographs of your land. The workshop begins by looking at landscape design tools and techniques. Then, with Judith’s guidance, you will create a real design for all or part of your property. This can include spatial layout and hardscape plans, as well as plant selection and bed designs. Judith can also show you many potential plants for your garden that are growing here.

The price for an individual workshop, for one person, or for two people working together on a single project, is $40 per hour. Workshops typically take four to five hours and usually require a two-night stay. Our low, three-night rate will apply while you are here for a workshop.
